1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website velory.com (including all subdomains), mobile applications, or any Globenexa products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer” or “Rider”) and Globenexa AB (“Globenexa”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Globenexa reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our site. Your continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Account & Registration
To access certain features (such as warranty registration or Globenexa Circuit loyalty), you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Globenexa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
- Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to create an account.
- Accuracy: False or misleading information may result in order cancellation or account ban.
3. Purchases & Pricing
All orders placed through Globenexa are subject to product availability and our acceptance. Prices are displayed in USD (or local currency where applicable) and exclude taxes, shipping fees, and import duties unless stated otherwise. Globenexa reserves the right to adjust prices, discontinue products, or modify promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
Once you place an order, we will send an order confirmation email. This email does not guarantee acceptance — we may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you’ll receive a full refund.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Globenexa gift cards. By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Globenexa ships worldwide to most countries. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but actual delivery may vary due to customs or carrier delays. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For electric bikes, signature upon delivery is required.
- Shipping costs: Calculated based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Pre‑orders: Estimated shipping dates are approximate; Globenexa is not liable for delays caused by supply chain disruptions.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days. We will assist with a carrier claim or replacement according to our policy.
5. Returns & Warranty
We want you to love your Globenexa gear. Most unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (shipping costs non‑refundable). Electric bikes and batteries have a separate 14-day trial period — test rides matter. Final sale items (including opened batteries, custom engraved products) are not eligible for return.
All returns must be authorized via our Returns Portal. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after inspection.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Globenexa website — including logos, product designs, photography, videos, text, graphics, and the “Globenexa” brand name — is the exclusive property of Globenexa AB or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Globenexa respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe your work has been infringed, please email legal@velory.com with a detailed notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globenexa and its officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of products or services, including loss of profits, data, or personal injury related to riding e‑bikes. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Globenexa does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Globenexa services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Stockholm, unless you opt out within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing arbitration@velory.com. Small claims court actions are also permitted.
For EU customers, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief.
